Where are you located?

We’re in Highbury & Islington, just off Upper Street, a few minutes’ walk from Highbury & Islington station. We’re easy to reach from Angel, Canonbury and Holloway.

Do you take reservations?

Yes. You can book online through our booking widget (SevenRooms) or call us. Because we’re a smaller restaurant, we recommend booking for evenings and weekends.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we keep some space for walk-ins, especially earlier in the evening. If you can’t find your time online, call us and we’ll see what we can do.

Has the menu been updated since you opened?

Yes. We opened in September 2025 and we update the menu regularly. Recent additions include grilled scallops, pressed pork shoulder skewer, butternut squash gnocchi and a tomato concassé dish.

What kind of food do you serve?

Modern European, seasonal, sharing-led. We work with good produce and keep the menu tight so we can cook it properly.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes. We always have vegetarian plates on the menu and we rotate them with the seasons. Tell us when you book if you’re fully vegetarian.

Can you cater for allergies or intolerances?

In most cases, yes. Please tell us when you book or when you arrive so we can check with the kitchen. Some dishes can be adapted, some can’t, depending on prep.

Can you seat groups or private events?

Yes. We can seat around 40 people in total, split across two floors (around 20 downstairs and 20 upstairs). Because of the layout we can’t do one long table for 40, but we can host you across the space.

Do you add a service charge?

Yes, we add a 12.5% discretionary service charge. You can amend it if you need to. It’s shared with the team.

Do you allow BYO / corkage?

No, we don’t offer corkage at the moment. We have a curated wine list designed to work with the menu.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. There’s street parking after 6:30pm in the area, and there are nearby car parks around Upper Street / Highbury Fields. We’re also very well connected by Tube and bus.

Are children welcome?

Yes, families are welcome. We don’t have a fixed children’s menu but we can recommend dishes that work well for younger guests.

Is the restaurant step-free / accessible?

We don’t currently have step-free access. Tell us what you need when booking and we’ll do our best to seat you in the most suitable area.

Are you related to Salut!?

Yes. Oui Madame is a sister restaurant to Salut!, with the same focus on good produce and service, but a slightly different, more modern European menu.
